Right of withdrawal

Consumers have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day the contract is concluded.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, a clear statement of the decision to withdraw from the contract must be sent to ScriptWorldX IT - Michael Schiefer, Niederweg 54, 50374 Erftstadt, Germany or by email to Michael.Schiefer@ScriptWorldX.de.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient to send the notification before the withdrawal period expires.

If this contract is withdrawn from, all payments received in connection with the withdrawn order will be refunded without undue delay and no later than fourteen days after receipt of the withdrawal statement.

The refund will be made using the same means of payment used for the original transaction unless otherwise agreed.

For contracts for digital content not supplied on a tangible medium, the right of withdrawal may expire once performance has begun and the following requirements are met:

• The consumer has expressly agreed that performance begins before the withdrawal period expires.
• The consumer has confirmed that they lose their right of withdrawal once performance begins.
